1. General Terms

ZenBed reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Users must be 18 years or older to make purchases.

2. Warranty Policy

ZenBed mattresses come with a 12-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including sagging beyond 1.5 inches, material flaws, and workmanship defects.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

To claim the warranty, proof of purchase and images of the defect are required.

Warranty claims must be submitted through our official customer service channels.

3. 100-Day Risk-Free Trial

Customers can try a ZenBed mattress for 100 nights risk-free.

If unsatisfied, returns can be initiated within the trial period for a full refund.

Mattresses must be in good condition without stains, tears, or damage.

The trial is applicable only to first-time buyers and limited to one return per household.

Customized mattresses are not included in the 100-day trial.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 100 days of purchase for eligible items.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

A return shipping fee may apply in certain cases.

Refunds will only be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.

Custom-sized or clearance sale items are not eligible for returns.

5. Shipping Policy

ZenBed offers free shipping within select regions; additional charges may apply for remote areas.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days.

Tracking details will be provided upon shipment.

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, supply chain disruptions) are not under ZenBed’s control.

Customers must ensure the correct shipping address; ZenBed is not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect details.

6. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

The ZenBed name, logo, product names, and branding are trademarks owned by ZenBed.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

7. Copyright of Website Data & Images

All content, including text, images, videos, and product descriptions on ZenBed’s website, is copyrighted material owned by ZenBed.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

Violations of copyright may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZenBed is not liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of products.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.
